Wal-Mart and Always Low Prices
Wal-Mart is going after a blogger who uses the ALP domain:
http://www.alwayslowprices.net/
Hmmm. Among other claims, Wal-Mart is asserting that the ALP.net site causes brand confusion and that by using Google's Adwords ALP is profiting off from Wal-Mart's trademark. Interesting to see how this plays out.
